Perfect Peanut Butter Fudge – A Great Christmas Fudge Recipe!

This is just some amazingly yummy peanut butter fudge!

Several years ago, we spend the weekend whipping up treats and this was one of the favorites by FAR.

I loved it because it was pretty delicious when I made it that Saturday night, but it got even better as it sat in in the refrigerator for a few days. (How many recipes can you say that about?) It also makes a ton, so it's the perfect treat to make to share with friends and family this Christmas. Package up this christmas fudge and it's a great party favor or last minute gift too.

The ingredients are pretty simple~and it takes less than 30 minutes to make ~ but this is quite possibly my favorite recipe I've shared so far.

Grab a 9×13 baking dish and grease liberally. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, brown sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Over medium heat, bring mixture to boiling while stirring constantly.

Once it is boiling, boil constantly for 7 minutes without stirring.

Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme until blended in and melted. Let this cool for 15 minutes and then mix in your peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until smooth.

Spread into your greased baking dish and let cool.
